Sleep Paraysis aka Night Hag  So I’ve been getting sleep paraysis… I used to have them when I was little but only recently started having them again, they are the worst things. I read that most people get them once or twice in there lives, I’ve had them two nights in a row. Don’t wanna go to sleep incase I have one again. Horrid.
